We’re back with another Top 5 after a small break in May, the fifth month of the year (see what we did there?) Did you miss us?

One of the great things about VRChat is the potential for art to be accessible to those who want to see it without having to travel to a real world major destination or a personal physical studio to see it. The worlds we have picked for this month are a mix of virtual locations that show real museum-worthy works as well as virtual and abstract works that would not be able to be seen in real life.

If you have not been to these exhibits before, definitely check them out! You can spend a lot of time looking at both classical and modern art in all of these locations.

1. Museum of Fine Arts

“Museum of Fine Arts” by -Stray- is an exceptionally crafted and curated art experience with high resolution paintings and incredible atmosphere that you simply must check out if you enjoy art galleries. Along with a variety of different paintings, there’s also information about the painting so there’s more to it than just looking at it and moving on.

2. Like a canvas

“Like a canvas” by haruki_haru is a twist on art galleries that plays around with perspective. It’s short but it’s sweet, and definitely worth checking out!

Visit “Like a canvas”.

3. Exhibition/little traitors

“Exhibition/little traitors” is an art gallery with a twist. It’s another one by haruki_haru in fact. You can click each of the paintings to change it to another, slightly different version that goes against what is “typical”. It’s a tough one to explain, and you should check it out for yourself!

4. VR art ‘New place’

“VR art ‘New place” is an incredibly striking Tilt Brush gallery by GreatMoonAroma_, full of 3D art that you can walk around and through, and see from every angle. The attention to detail and ambience are unmatched compared to some of the other worlds like this.

5. VMoVA

VMoVA by VMoVA is the journey of one artist’s experiences in creating 3D calligraphy, and it’s simply put, one of the most unique art worlds in VRChat. Even if you don’t think you’d be into its subject matter, it’s worth walking through the gallery at least once.

Visit “VMoVA”.
