This is the closest thing to native tilt brush inside of VRChat.

Could you vary the different aspects of the ‘paint’ to make something unique? Fortunately, there is now a VRChat world that allows you to experiment with those features and create something virtually tangible. Smew Brush! is as close to having a native Tilt Brush application inside of VRChat as you can get. The world has several options for brushes as well as paid feature options for Patrons. (Rating: 7.5)
Katchy’s Review: It’s Tilt Brush but with some caveats. There are less features and no way to export but it’s fine! It makes up for it in charm and the ability to play around with friends. In my opinion, this is a staple in VRChat. (Rating: 8)
