A medium-length escape world centering on Nicola Tesla’s inventions.
RobertWK’s Review: This escape world was really interesting. It’s a solid narrative experience, sharing some insight into a world where Nikola Tesla is the underdog. There is some implication and glossing over of the feud between Tesla and Thomas Edison, and the game does feature a specific instance of Edison using current for evil purposes. Warning: there is an emotionally difficult scene in this but unfortunately it does reflect historical events that Edison personally took part in. The world was made well, and the only reason why I haven’t given it a 10 is because some of the puzzles are a little dark to navigate and the way to advance is a little less-than-obvious, and not in the fun way. Katchy’s Review: This one was a blast! Taking real events about Nicola Tesla’s life and turning it into a puzzle world was a marvelous idea. Our group did fairly well with most of the puzzles, though there was a keyhole we were supposed to use a key on that took us about 10 minutes to figure out because it was very hard to see. A global light source of some sort that the group can carry around would be my most requested feature, as some of the puzzles can be quite hard to see properly. The sad ending hit me right in the feels. (Rating: 9)
Ondanya’s Review: I really enjoyed this one a lot. I’m a sucker for puzzle worlds and this one really hit the spot. The story and puzzle were really well done. It was great to go through the puzzles and learn about the history of Tesla and Edison. Some things were a little hard to get through, and the some puzzles were challenging when some things could not be seen easily. All in all this is a must for anyone who loves a good puzzle/escape world. (Rating: 8.5)
