Do you like Analog/Analogue Horror? This world is for you.

  • RobertWK’s Review:

My introduction to Analog/Analogue Horror was through Night Mind, a YouTube channel run by a creator named Nick Nocturne. Nick has covered a wide variety of shows such as Marble Hornets, EverymanHYBRID, and Midwest Angelica to name a few. I don’t really keep up with all of the series and trends in the genre because there are so many projects out there. It makes me feel a little uninformed. Enter: Analog Nights.

Analog Nights is both a chill world and an Analog/Analogue Horror private library. It contains many projects for viewing that I have not heard of (GREYLOCK, Gemini Home Entertainment, Vita Carnis and others), and a few that I have which have gained a lot of cultural notoriety such as The Backrooms (the amount of Backrooms content on VRChat is… overwhelming and saturating.) The videos are in a VR-friendly and appropriate format to handle and put into a player. You now have access to many hours of Analog/Analogue Horror for your viewing pleasure. If you’re a fan of the genre and are into VRchat, then this world is for you. If you’re into the genre and not into VRChat yet, this could be a good opportunity to look at a lot of content all in one convenient place.

  • Katchy’s Review:

This is essentially a prefab house with a twist. There’s nothing very special about the house itself, but the author added a nice feature where you can play analog horror video tapes. There aren’t just the usual suspects here; some of these are fairly obscure videos. I grew up with Marble Hornets, TribeTwelve, and EverymanHYBRID. Seeing analog horror get so much love nowadays is great and this world turned me onto some new ones.
