VRWare is a party game with a lot of dynamic requests to keep players always on the move (or not!)

  • RobertWK’s Review:

VRWare is the “twitch party game” of VRChat. It’s a collection of spontaneous microchallenges that you can succeed or fail at to get the highest score possible. As it as adapted for VR, there are some moments where being in the world with a headset may give you a competitive edge, although I believe I have seen players also experience this in desktop. The microchallenges are pretty fun, and some are a little frustrating than others, but creating a variety of things to score requires a dynamic environment so I can’t fault the game too much. I hope that over time the game gets more and more complex with different challenges to perform.

  • Katchy’s Review:

VRWare takes a page out of Nintendo’s “Wario Ware” series is a collection of microgames that you can play with friends in VR competitively. There are a lot of different micro games to be had from seeing who can jump the most, shooting at objects, dodging objects, and more. It can get pretty crazy, especially with a large amount of people, and there are also plenty of opportunities to take the lead from your opponents which can lead to some friendship defining or ending moments.
