RobertWK’s Review: Frame of Mind is a visually striking and challenging puzzle world. It has a limited color palette and gives off a vibe of a 21st century puzzle environment reminiscent of the graphics from an Apple Macintosh 128K or Macintosh Classic. If you are a big fan of the graphics from games such as “The Return of the Obra Dinn”, you’ll definitely enjoy the design of this world. Some of the puzzles rely on the concept of a liminal or impossible space to solve, so you’ll have to think a little untraditionally to get through them. Thankfully there is no outside knowledge required in order to get through any of the challenges. Frame of Mind takes a little bit to get through, and you may find it easier to go with a friend. Katchy’s Review: I really like the art style here. It feels kind of like a blend of Macintosh Hypercard applications with cel shading and it’s a very unique feeling. It’s just so charming and I need more. (Rating: 8)
